Help us welcome not one but TWO new team members! 🎉💚 Paula Shamsie joined us as a consultant and coach with experience as a director and executive leader with several national non-profit organizations. She is a results-oriented leader who specializes in coaching, team building, strategic planning, and relationship management. She holds a master's degree in leadership and human resource development from LSU. Grace Tarpley serves as Success Labs’ intern who supports our consultants with research and project management. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in management with a concentration in strategic leadership from LSU.

Devin and Melissa enjoyed celebrating the many women in the Baton Rouge community who continue to make an impact. Congrats to all! 🎉 Melissa also served on a panel centered on Adam Grant’s new book “Hidden Potential,” where they discussed topics ranging from character skills vs. cognitive skills to focusing on how far you’ve come vs. what you’ve achieved.
