So fun! This week we learned...one founder is better at cooking than the other. 👀 Can y'all guess who is the grill master?

This week, we hosted our first annual BBQ to celebrate all the wins we've had lately here at Stream. Eric Yen and I fired up the grill to show our appreciation to the amazing people who make Stream what it is. It was incredibly special seeing our team, their loved ones, and our supportive investors all celebrating together. We were even surprised with a special Champagne bottle from the one and only Sarah Urbonas – couldn't think of a better way to capture our excitement and pride. Cheers to every single one of you who made this journey with us. Here's to more wins and good times ahead! 🥂

This week LinkedIn reminded me that it’s Stream’s 2nd anniversary. Sprinting for this long I learned the value of taking a moment to reflect and appreciate the achievements we have made from my cofounder and dear friend, Eric Yen. This passing year I achieved my first dream as an entrepreneur—creating something people actually want (and are willing to pay for). It took a lot of grit and growth, and I am ever so proud of what we have accomplished. Back home we say, “Those who haven't inhaled the dust of the journey won't breathe the air of the summit”. This is to serve as a reminder: Appreciate the moment; it makes the journey much more enjoyable. Stream is now proudly serving numerous customers, and these first breaths of fresh mountain air have me hungry for more. I’m proud of the team and company we’re building. Time to keep climbing! CEO @ Stream - AI for Workers' Comp | Columbia MBA | Claims Adjuster Turned Builder

Five years, four promotions, yet I still left my claims adjusting job. Why? I'm analytical, a pattern recognizer, but 80% of my job was just typing notes into a computer. Every call, every document, retyped and summarized. I was in charge of deploying over $10M in financial reserves, yet I felt more like an overpaid customer service rep. I wanted to make decisions, not just record them. So, I left. A message to the industry: embrace technology, empower decision-making, or risk losing talent.
