Strata Oncology is unveiling new data at ASCO on Strata’s ADC Treatment Response Scores (ADC-TRS), an advanced, pan-tumor biomarker that predicts response for multiple ADCs. The study, conducted in collaboration between Kaiser Permanente Northern California (KPNC) and Strata Oncology, concluded: 🔹ADC-TRS status significantly associated with overall survival (OS) after ADC treatment initiation in both KPNC and non-KP cohorts. 🔹ADC-TRS significantly improved model fit for OS beyond target gene expression alone. 🔹More than 25% of all patients with advanced solid tumors are predicted to respond to one or more approved ADCs outside of current indications.
