It's been an exciting week for the Still Bright team! Jon Vardner and Katharine Greco were invited to visit Pathfinder Tonopah, an emerging brownfield copper mine site and winner of the 2023 Nevada Excellence in Mine Reclamation Award. Thank you to Brianna Hanson for hosting - it's exciting to be connected with organizations that share Still Bright's mission of building a sustainable copper supply chain. Meanwhile, Carter Schmitt and Still Bright engineers Kelly Brayton, Max Dickman, and Olivier Izmery held down the fort at HAX Demo Day! Still Bright's CEO and Director of Technology visited Colorado last week to build partnerships and attend the FECM Workshop on Future Innovation Needs for Responsible Mining of Critical Minerals. Despite the broad focus, copper emerged as a prominent discussion topic, highlighting the urgency of improved copper production solutions. After the workshop, Katharine Greco had the chance to attend a women in mining dinner organized by Christina Chang.
