This quarter's WINS leadership training session was centered on "Telling Your Story." Managers reflected on their journeys: where they started, the obstacles they overcame, and their future paths. Through various storytelling techniques, we highlighted these narratives. We were honored to have Dr. Kerri Gehring from Texas A&M and Ted Simmons from our insurance company as guest speakers. Dr. Gehring discussed microbes and harborage sites, while Ted focused on safety and preventative practices. Additionally, we launched our new Safety Card Near Miss System, a major initiative for Startkleen! La sesión de capacitación de liderazgo de WINS de este trimestre se centró en "Contar Tu Historia."
