    Happy Summer! 2024 is looking to be a strong year for Stage 4 Solutions. We are now supporting clients in the pharmaceutical industry and seeing growth with current clients in the technology industry. While there are still significant layoffs in this industry, many technology companies are hiring and growing. We help drive their growth by bringing the right resources at the right times to each team. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ The #EmploymentSituation report for June showed continued #labormarket strength, with payrolls increasing by 206,000 for the 41st consecutive month, mainly in health care, social assistance, and government sectors. The number of long-term unemployed rose by 166,000 to 1.5 million, with the unemployment rate showing a slight increase to 4.1% in June, up from 4.0% in May. Even with this slight increase, the unemployment rate remains at a historic 50-year low. There continue to be persistent labor shortages and employers are working to retain workers to avoid facing difficulties in rehiring. The share of firms reporting unfilled positions remains high at 37%, compared to an average of 23% before the pandemic. With the current labor shortage, our services to clients are valuable. We continue to help our clients fill critical resource gaps across Marketing, IT, and Operations teams within 1 to 2 weeks. In today's fast-paced world, innovation is crucial to the success of any organization, and leadership plays a vital role in fostering this innovation. The ability of leaders to guide their teams through the complexities of change and growth determines the overall success of their organizations. We wanted to understand which #leadership trait our professional network considers most essential for effectively driving innovation and organizational change and polled our community for their insights.     Needed: Desktop Support Specialist (ServiceNow, Windows, Audio/Video) (Onsite, Harrisburg, PA) We are currently recruiting a Desktop Support Specialist for our client, a Commonwealth PA entity. The focus of this role is to provide high-level desktop and end-user support for the client which consists of approximately 300 users and to support the daily operation of several bureaus within the building including AV conferences, board meeting support, users accessing the licensing registration application and many other public services enabling utilities by assuring desktop configuration, connectivity, and user access is operational. The focus of this role is to manage, design, and optimize Microsoft SQL and PostgreSQL database systems which requires a deep understanding of database management, development, and architecture to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the client’s data infrastructure.
