The FLIRT H2 – Journey Home Have you been following the FLIRT H2’s journey? This hydrogen-powered passenger train is the first of its kind and earlier this year it set the world record for the longest distance travelled without refueling. After extensive testing in Colorado, the train travelled the home stretch to its new home at San Bernardino County Transportation Authority . A NEW SPACE FOR BREAKS We were thrilled to cut the ribbon for our new employee cafeteria here at Stadler in Salt Lake City this weekend! This is a new space for employees to enjoy their breaks and recharge. The cafeteria serves breakfast and lunch and offers a variety of snacks and beverages for purchase during the day.

APPRENTICESHIP SIGNING DAY We are proud to welcome 11 new youth apprentices (not all pictured) to Stadler US to start their careers in advanced manufacturing! These students join us from Ames High School, East High School, West High School, Highland High School and Innovations Early College High School. Their application process consisted of submitting a resume and cover letter, an interview and a job shadow, after which they were selected. This year, another 6 apprentices are joining other TRAC partners, which include Dopplemayr USA Inc, Utah Paperbox and Mondi Group, making up a cohort of 19 apprentices total. Congratulations to the new cohort!
