We are an innovative provider of a full spectrum of senior services including independent living, adult day services, rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, and hospice. St. John's has developed some of the most unique senior living communities in the nation. Brickstone by St. John's is an award-winning independent living community built around the concept of "New Urbanism." Our two nursing homes in Penfield were developed based on the nationally recognized Green House Project and were the first of their kind in the United States built in a residential community. Our small homes initiative is bringing the same philosophies of individualized care and freedom of choice to elders at our skilled nursing home at 150 Highland Avenue in Rochester.
