Here's a quick recap of the sessions and key moments that made today a success: We kicked off the day with an Executive Breakfast where attendees connected over coffee and prepared for a full day of engaging content. After opening remarks by Carla Sarti, Former VP of Global Business Services at Lear Corporation the morning dove straight into the Keynote Panel with leaders like Jennifer Kruman from The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Dina Baker from Amazon and Tim L. from Whole Foods Market who explored strategies to simplify, standardize, and enhance processes during organizational restructuring. Our Challenge Rounds sparked deep discussions on how to integrate Generative AI functionalities into GBS portfolios, with insights from Shakti J., Former Senior VP at McDonald's Later, Dina Baker shared her expertise on transitioning to an end-to-end process structure. Networking opportunities were in full swing, with 1:1 meetings and breakout sessions allowing attendees to exchange ideas and solutions for their unique challenges. The day also featured Y. Vijay R. from Okta on location strategy planning and Jamie Pirtle from Veralto discussing performance improvement in the customer era.
