Exciting News! 🎉 Yesterday, we proudly cut the ribbon at the brand-new LVHN Childcare Center in partnership with River Crossing YMCA! Located at Westgate Mall in Bethlehem, this state-of-the-art facility provides LVHN colleagues with much-needed childcare services. The 10,000-square-foot facility includes nine age-appropriate classrooms, a multipurpose room for indoor gross motor activities, a full kitchen and two outdoor playground areas. The center is part of the comprehensive health network built just for kids at Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital. “LVHN surveys our colleagues annually to collect feedback about how we can make LVHN an even better place to work,” said Jim Miller, President of Lehigh Valley Hospital–Muhlenberg, which is located adjacent to the center. “In recent surveys, colleagues expressed the need for greater access to childcare, and we are proud to give our colleagues what they asked for.” Learn more about our partnership with River Crossing YMCA: https://bit.ly/46lvA1V.

This is his second summer with our firm. Eli is a senior in Industrial Design at Cedarville University and has a keen interest in architecture. Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) commissioned WSDG in 2018 to design a state-of-the-art recording and mixing suite for their Sound Recording and Music Technology Program. WSDG was entrusted with the acoustics, audio, rigging, lighting, and video systems for the theater's renovation as part of a larger Science Center project overseen by Spillman Farmer Architects. WSDG’s design included transforming three lecture halls into a 563-seat theater. This multi-purpose venue supports live performances, classes, and film screenings, enhancing opportunities for students in audio and video production. We utilized advanced design techniques to integrate the theater with the recording and mixing suite, providing students with real-world experience.
