🌟 Anthony Lafond, our dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector at Big West Oil Refinery, has been with SWAT since 2022 and is the sole SWAT representative at this site. Anthony has consistently embodied SWAT's core values, ensuring that quality standards are met and exceeded. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, he oversees multiple companies from a quality control perspective, bringing immense value to our QA-QC team and evolving programs. Anthony excels in balancing the enforcement of quality standards with maintaining strong, personable relationships with everyone on-site. His ability to uphold BWO's quality expectations with both contractors and the BWO Maintenance Shop is truly commendable.
