We’re incredibly proud of our Research Rockstar Elaine Krebs, who had the amazing opportunity to present a poster at the Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC) Annual Conference in Chicago! 🙌 Congratulations on this incredible achievement, Elaine, and thank you for inspiring others through your dedication to science education! 👏 #ASTC2024 #ScienceEducation #SpaceFoundation
I had an amazing time presenting a poster at the Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC) Annual Conference in Chicago! I shared my experience with #PolarTREC and the IceCube Neutrino Observatory at the South Pole, Antarctica, and how I incorporated it into my exhibit and education work at the Space Foundation Discovery Center. It was an extra special full-circle moment for me presenting as a museum professional at the very institutions that instilled a love of science in me as a child - the Field Museum and Griffin Museum of Science and Industry The cherry on top was getting to meet and spend time with fellow PolarTREC educator Dr. Sian “Leo” Proctor, Ph.D. Thank you #ASTC2024 for the opportunity, and thank you Space Foundation for the support!

All of us at Space Foundation are cheering you on for a successful launch!
