New team members participate in our four-part orientation process with the goal of completing all four orientation sessions over a 90-day time period in order to graduate. These sessions include information about our culture, department roles, customer service, empathy for residents, and teamwork. This specific session captured customer service, team building and getting to know each other. We had an amazing time! Kudos to the new hires who successfully completed our orientation program.
