Vidya Raman joined the #EngineeringFounders podcast to share advice on how technical founders can improve their go-to-market motion and product-building strategy, which include: 🦸 Building successful enterprise products is about enabling people to become 'superheroes' and achieve their goals - not just the product features. Understanding the human aspect is critical. 👀 Technical founders often overlook broader go-to-market elements like analyzing the market landscape, understanding buyer personas, and selling. Don't fall into this blind spot. 💡 Balance talking about current capabilities vs future roadmap on sales calls. Sell the bigger product vision rather than getting pinned down to specific unbuilt features. 🤝 Avoid the urge to simply bring on a non-technical co-founder to "handle" go-to-market.
