(US). In her role as the Director of Strategy-Therapy Solutions & Programs, she is able to combine clinical, medical device, and leadership experience to identify innovative solutions and programs to help solve complex healthcare challenges. She works with a cross-functional team identifying new product and process solutions focused on the healthcare industry with the ultimate goal of improving overall patient care and outcomes. Stephanie is responsible for collaborative strategic healthcare relationships where mission and vision align, the patient is the focus and collaboration brings power of change. The incredible panel discussion, Nursing Innovation Around the Globe, was moderated by SONSIEL Board Member & the lead for 🇧🇷 SONSIEL Brazil, @Johanna Menegaz The panel consisted of international powerhouse #nurses - 🇬🇭 Gifty Boateng, SONSIEL Ghana 🇨🇦 Mary Lou Ackerman, SONSIEL Canada 🇧🇷 Tiana Muriel Volpato Prado Farias, SONSIEL Brazil 🇨🇴 MILENA PARRA, SONSIEL Colombia While languages, values, and resources may differ across the globe, a shared passion unites us: revolutionizing #healthcare to deliver exceptional care to our communities. The path to innovation, however, is not without its hurdles. Limited funding, unequal access to technology, and infrastructural challenges can hinder progress in certain countries. How can we, as nurses, collaborate globally to support global innovation? 👉 Forge Strategic #Partnerships: Connect with medical centers, #universities, and #nonprofitorganizations worldwide. Share best practices and resources to accelerate the development and implementation of innovative solutions. 👉 Embrace Global Learning: Actively seek out continuing education opportunities or mentorship programs with colleagues in other countries.
