The article named Austin's St. Elmo neighborhood a "hotbed for development", spotlighting key projects throughout the buzzing neighborhood. Acquired by SomeraRoad in November 2023, St Elmo Public Market has been fully leased to Pins Mechanical Co. – set to open in early 2025. The project additionally includes an adjacent land parcel.
