In mijn werk is ook de sociale kant van duurzaamheid een speerpunt.” “Ik geloof dat het in het leven draait om verbinding met anderen, en door écht samen te werken vorm je als het ware een orkest. Diversiteit en inclusiviteit zijn daarbij cruciaal, daar wordt het hele orkest namelijk beter van. Je ziet bij Sodexo dan ook veel medewerkers met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt, zoals mensen met een vluchtelingenstatus en gebaarista’s. Als mensen goed in hun vel zitten en gelukkig worden van wat ze doen, stralen ze dat uit naar onze klanten. En wordt onze dienstverlening nóg beter.” Ook op foodgebied creëer je verbinding. For the second year, Sodexo Sweden is one of the partner companies to the #talentprogram CoGig | Female Leader Engineer, which mission is to maximize the participants potential and business network while contributing to greater equality on leadership positions. Today, participants from the talent program visited our Swedish head office for an inspiring half-day. We kick-started with a delicious breakfast from @kmarktrestauranger and followed up with interesting group chats regarding leadership, innovation and tech, and strategy and marketing. During their stay the visitors got an insight into our organization, services, core values and how we work with leadership within Sodexo. The visit ended with a very appreciated lunch buffet prepared and served by our very own climate chef Oscar Jonasson, who is known for his huge passion for sustainable and climate friendly cooking. “We are so satisfied with the outcome of the day, and filled with energy to say the least. We’ve had great conversations and are excited about what’s to come in the program and with this new network.
