Want a peek into the 2024 Omnichannel Insights Report? 📊 Here are a few interesting stats when it comes to varying consumer preferences when you break it down by category, age, and gender: When it comes to groceries, 62% of consumers are shopping online in some form (either a combo of online/in-store, online with delivery, or online with pick-up). When it comes to shopping online for alcoholic beverages, gender plays an interesting role in preferences – 45% of men say a delivery option is important, whereas 41% of women say delivery is not important. In the personal/home care department, age is the differentiator: Those in the 25-54 demo prefer to mix in-store and online shopping, while those 55 value delivery.
