💚 Slipstream Program Manager Rachel Krogman has a passion for helping people with low to moderate incomes in communities across the Midwest and beyond. Rachel and her teammates work with struggling families and individuals to provide them access to critical repair and rehab as well as energy efficiency resources to make their homes healthier, safer, and hopefully more affordable. Rachel also partners with municipalities, utilities, nonprofit organizations, contractors, and many others doing this difficult work (this work is no small feat, but is rewarding and so worth it) to positively impact their lives today and for years to come! 🏡 Rachel specializes in both single-family and manufactured homes and has spent her entire career in residential building and construction, from custom and production homes to truss and component buildings, prior to being at Slipstream. She has always had a natural affinity for the feeling that everyone deserves a place they can call home and the complex and varying needs that go along with maintaining and updating those homes. 👨👩👦 Rachel has been at Slipstream for over 15 years and enjoys the mission-based nature of the work Slipstream does and helping to make a difference in others' lives, especially those who often have no other means to do so. 👏
