Let’s give a round of applause to the cafe team at KIPP Texas Public Schools' Esperanza Primary, and our recent partnership with their Nutritional Education Specialist Manager! Kipp Esperanza Primary reached out and asked if we could help put together a variety of fruits & vegetables to present to the Kindergarten & 1st Grade students for a “My Plate” presentation. The cafe team was able to quickly source Blueberries, Spinach, Green & Red Bell Pepper & Honey Dew from our local vendor. This variety paired well together and looked even better! All the students were excited over the display of fruits and vegetables. Some were so ecstatic about trying Honey Dew for their first time ever! The smiles on their faces is why we do what we do!
