Silvi Materials is one of the most progressive and cutting edge construction material suppliers in the country. Being fully integrated Silvi has an abundant supply of stone, sand, and cement. This allows us to produce concrete that is not only uniform and consistent from truck to truck, but also from year to year. Silvi Concrete services most of New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. With over 200 readymix trucks Silvi Concrete has one of the largest front discharge fleets in the region. Sahara Sand has over 160 million tons of reserve and manufactures a multitude of products ranging from concrete sand to clay and everything in between. Gibraltar Rock stone quarries stretch over 750 acres and produce a hard, cubicle aggregate perfect for concrete. Gibraltar Rock has 350 Million tons of reserves produces aggregate ranging from large jetty stone for beach protection to fine aggregate millings for fill. Riverside Cement features one of the largest terminals in the world. Its live capacity of 160,000 tons and can offload a ship at a rate of 525 tons per hour. It also has the capability of handling salt, gypsum and other bulk products utilizing a state of the art conveyor system. Riverside is also one of the largest distributors of rock salt. 🏅 A huge shoutout to our incredible drivers who represented Silvi Materials at the 2024 NRMCA National Mixer Driver Championship in Aurora, CO! We’re beyond proud of Larissa from our Mt. Holly Plant, Mardis from our Philly Plant, and Marc from our Limerick Plant for their stellar performances. Over the two-day competition, they competed in a driving obstacle course, pre-trip inspection, and written exam, giving it their all alongside 111 of the nation’s top drivers. 👏 🏌️♀️ Special recognition to Larissa and Mardis for earning medals for their perfect hole-in-one on the golf obstacle, and congrats to all three drivers for receiving a special mention for making a basket on the basketball obstacle! 🏀 Your dedication and skill truly represent the Silvi spirit, and we couldn’t be prouder. This past Sunday, we were thrilled to host our second Philadelphia Eagles tailgate of the season—an event all about celebrating our clients! 🏈 We had an amazing day with over 200 attendees, enjoying everything from a live band to cornhole, top-shelf drinks, and delicious food—even sushi (yes, we bring our A-game)! 🎉 Cheers to our #SilviCyclingTeam for recently completing the 2024 Bike MS: City to Shore ride! 🚴♂️The team of Chuck Hazlett, Chuck’s son Spencer, Frank Flatch, Bill Fishburn, Paul Jones, and Amaryllis Rivera faced inclement weather, a tire blowout, and several flats 🛞, but they pushed on to complete the 75-mile route from Cherry Hill to Ocean City.
