Last week, our AVP of Safety and Member Performance, Andrew Booth, had the opportunity to attend BAE Systems Ship Repair, Inc. - Norfolk's "Safety Day." He engaged their team in enriching conversations about the importance of workplace safety, discussing not only the 'why' but also the 'how' behind safe practices. Ultimately, the focus was empowering individuals to make informed, safe decisions at work, ensuring they return home safely to their loved ones and pursue their passions with peace of mind. It was inspiring to witness these dedicated individuals' commitment to both hard work and safety.
