While we’re committed to offering remote and work-from-anywhere privileges because we value flexibility, it's always so fun to catch up in person with our team and industry friends! Here's a glimpse of some of the great moments we've had over the last few months: 🎉 Sightly’s Chief Client Officer, Marissa Price, hosted some of the account management team—Kate Bruno, Taylor D. and Katie Williams—for an in-person working sesh. 🎶 Some of the team rocked out to Pearl Jam at Fenway Park with our friends at Mediahub Worldwide. ⚾ We went back to Fenway Park, this time to watch the Red Sox with our friends from Luquire. 🎾 Our team attended the U.S. Open and enjoyed some Honey Deuces with Horizon Media's Impossible Foods Team. 🏫 We met with our Scholastic partner, Renee Levy and got a tour of her very cool office. 📱 Account Managers Taylor D. and Katie Williams attended TikTok's Holiday For You Summit, where they learned about exciting new updates and strategies for enhancing brand presence on the platform, including TikTok Shop and Creator Studio. We're excited for what's to come! As #ClimateWeekNYC comes to a close, we’ve been reflecting on all the impactful conversations and key takeaways. This year’s official theme was announced as “It’s Time”—a call to take meaningful action, push boundaries, and drive change. The urgency to address climate change has been clear for years, but the way we talk about it is evolving. The conversation is shifting toward inspiring people to reconnect with the Earth and celebrate the positive impact we can make. We need to remind ourselves why we love this planet to drive meaningful action. Here are some other themes from this week that really stood out to us! 🔹 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Using storytelling to educate and inspire is crucial. Powerful narratives around sustainability can raise awareness and inspire action. 🔹 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Climate change affects everyone, but underrepresented communities are often hit hardest. Including diverse voices and perspective is not just a goal—it’s a responsibility. 🔹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Although progress is being made to align reporting frameworks, there’s still a need for clearer guidance. Transparency in reporting is evolving, with a growing emphasis on third-party verification and digital solutions. 🔹 “𝗧𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻”: Combining green and digital transformations unlocks new opportunities, especially for underserved communities. This theme underscored the need for collaboration and ensuring all voices are heard. 🔹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀: Consumers want to support brands that align with their values, especially regarding sustainability and climate action. At Sightly, that’s why we built our Brand Mentality® platform—to help brands identify what’s most important to them and take meaningful action. We’re committed to learning and integrating what we can about sustainability into our own practices and platform. In our latest blog, Olivia D'Amato unpacks the evolving role of media in sustainability and why understanding your digital carbon footprint is more crucial than ever. As brands navigate this changing landscape, adopting frameworks like the Ad Net Zero US Global Media Sustainability Framework and prioritizing transparency will be key. We also dive into “digital decarbonization” and how we’re integrating sustainability into our Brand Mentality platform to help brands authentically engage with eco-conscious audiences. Read the blog to learn how we achieved a 99% video-completion-rate (VCR), a 5% increase over other targeting tactics. 🔗 Check out the full blog here: https://lnkd.in/ecdRT7-S #ClimateWeekNYC #Sustainability #DigitalMarketing #BrandValues #AdNetZero

Day two of Climate Week was all about optimism, education, and the power of storytelling. We kicked off the day at Futerra’s #solutionshouse event, hosted by Google, 𝘔𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘛𝘶𝘣𝘦 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴: 𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘭𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘖𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘮. The panel, moderated by Google Chief Sustainability Officer Kate Brandt, featured YouTube creators from around the world discussing how they use their platforms to highlight credible climate solutions and inspire hope among younger audiences. It was a powerful reminder of how digital content can counter the spread of climate doomism and empower the next generation to take action. Next, we headed to Horizon Media, where the key takeaway was how effective storytelling and media strategy can drive awareness and education around sustainability. A standout moment was hearing from Pranav Yadav from Neuro-Insight, who explained how our brains store memorable content. He shared examples of impactful ads (who can forget the Cadbury UK Gorilla ad?) and discussed how strategic messaging can create lasting impressions, especially when it comes to sustainability. It was an incredible day of learning how we can leverage media and storytelling to drive positive change! #ClimateWeekNYC #Sustainability #Storytelling Walt Cheruk Alena DeSalvo Elizabeth Shevins Maeve Gordon Marissa Price Horizon Media Earth Public Information Collaborative Jean-Marc Papin Natalia Vega Christopher Moscardi

TikTok just rolled out their new Search Ads feature in the U.S., and we’re excited to share that Sightly is one of the early adopters, launching campaigns with this new feature! This keyword-based ad format appears directly in the Search Results Page (SRP), allowing brands to target users based on their search behaviors and engage them in a more organic way. With this new feature, we can reach audiences at key moments of intent and deliver relevant content tailored to their searches. We love embracing TikTok’s latest innovations and staying ahead of the curve for our clients. Stay tuned for more updates on how we’re leveraging this data in our Brand Mentality® platform! People don’t just scroll TikTok—they search. Are you showing up when it matters most? As more people turn to TikTok to discover the brands and products they love, search has become a powerful way to reach high-intent audiences. Imagine this: your potential customer opens TikTok, types in a search, and instead of just scrolling, they find you—right when they’re looking for solutions. TikTok’s new Search Ads Campaign gives brands the ability to show up in those moments, when curiosity is highest and attention is locked in. Whether they’re searching intentionally or stumbling upon something new, you can be right there, guiding them to your product with content that’s tailored to their needs. Take a lesson from brands who are already leveraging this tool—those who align their messaging with what users are searching for are unlocking new levels of engagement and impact. So, how can your brand be part of this search revolution? Be the brand their search uncovers. 🔗 Read the full blog to learn more: https://bit.ly/4ewxTlE #TikTok #SearchAds

Our team had a fantastic start to Climate Week in NYC! We spread out across the city to connect with as many people as possible and learn from the incredible events happening throughout the week. We kicked off the day at The Female Quotient Lounge, where we listened to panels co-hosted by Deloitte, diving into the solutions needed for climate change that affect not only the environment but also society as a whole. One panel brought together CSOs and CDEIOs who are at the forefront of change, discussing how to measure the impact of their initiatives, tackle challenges, and build more equitable and sustainable workplaces. It was amazing to hear their perspectives on creating a meaningful impact within their organizations. Another session focused on the “Twin Transition”—the intersection of green and digital transformations. We explored successful examples and opportunities for unlocking the potential of the social economy, especially for underserved communities. It highlighted the need for all of us to come together, tackle these challenges, and ensure that all the right voices are in the room. At The Nest Climate Campus, we got to connect with leaders working on innovative climate solutions and chat with people who are just as passionate about fighting climate change as we are. Some of our team made it to Futerra's #solutionshouse event, 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙊𝙘𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨: 𝘾𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙨 & 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, hosted by Google and featuring Emmy® Award-winning filmmaker James Honeyborne. We got an exclusive look at stunning, never-before-seen footage of moments in nature and stories from all five of our planet's incredible oceans. Narrated by Barack Obama, the documentary captures the beauty and fragility of these ecosystems. Marine biologist and advocate Danni Washington hosted a great conversation with James about the challenges of capturing these scenes and why protecting ocean ecosystems is so critical. The screening turned emotional when a scene highlighted how entire ecosystems depend on ice caps, which are rapidly diminishing due to global warming. It was a powerful reminder of why climate action is so important. We ended the night at a rooftop gathering with corporate sustainability leaders, sharing the day’s highlights and planning for the rest of the week. What a day! Can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store. #ClimateWeekNYC #ClimateAction #NetZero #AnswersOnly Shyla Raghav Amanda Gardiner Dee Fitzgerald Pam Allio Peter Liu Celina de Sola Chantal Line Carpentier Van Zorbas Elizabeth Shevins Alena DeSalvo Marissa Price Maeve Gordon Hanna Young Rachel Schnorr John Osborn Samiira H.
