Congratulations to our client Adam Berger Development LLC for making the front page of today’s The Denver Post with the installation of the first modular units at 2639 West Holden Place, a new six-story, 77-unit mixed-income (80%-120% Area Median Income) multifamily housing project in City and County of Denver 's Sun Valley neighborhood. 🎉📰 Yesterday’s set event celebration with project partners and city leaders marked a significant milestone in bringing this innovative and much-needed workforce housing project to life. By committing to a modular delivery method, Adam Berger Development is anticipated to reduce construction costs by approximately 20-25% and will condense the overall construction schedule by at least 40%. When it is completed later this year, West Holden Place will serve as a model for future affordable housing projects in Denver and throughout Colorado.
