Our Chicago summer interns traded the heights of Willis Tower for a day exploring two local properties, Streets of Woodfield and Springbrook Prairie Pavilion, with folks from our asset management, transactions, and IT teams. This immersive experience offered a deep dive into our centers and their competitive landscapes, highlighting the diverse mix of specialty and national tenants that enrich the surrounding communities.  The highlight? A private tour of LEGOLAND Discovery Center at Streets of Woodfield, where our team not only enjoyed discovering the intricate displays but caught a glimpse of ancillary income strategies embedded in these engaging attractions through a LEGO food truck.. We’ve transformed The Shops at SkyView into a limited-time-only "Skyview High K-FUN Summer School!" 🎉 🎉 This summer, our popular “K-Fun” event spans six weeks, with bi-weekly "Summer Classes" dedicated to Korean pop music, art, fashion, wellness, food, and cultural experiences in a Korean high school-themed design. The first class took place last Sunday, with over 800 attendees enjoying delicious K-food and trending K-fashion & beauty products from Skyview tenants.
