Amazon attributes over 35% of its year-over-year revenue growth to enhancements in Average Order Value (AOV). The best brands in 2024 are obsessing over AOV. But what successful strategies are they using? We collaborated with 9 authors, each with years of ecommerce experience. Together, we researched one brand each to uncover their secrets to increasing AOV. In this guide, you’ll read: ➡️ Real stories ➡️ Actionable tactics ➡️ Measurable results 🔗 Here’s the link to check it out https://lnkd.in/g2YFyiVB

The best partnerships focus on the biggest problems facing their joint customers. In the shipping space, that's bringing customers into the future. That's hard when legacy tech is holding them back. Shipping systems should enable growth, not impede it. A way to get there is through flexibility, which a microservices based integration between Manhattan Associates and Shipium achieves. In a recent webinar with Adam Kline, check out how he discusses the use of microservices to make customers more nimble in a volatile shipping world.

NEWS: Shipium partners with Adroit Associates to help transform supply chains. Here’s why this matters: Customers view Shipium as the ultimate optimization tool to partner with their existing systems, like their WMS, TMS, OMS, or ERP. We never replace those existing systems. Instead, we sit across all the systems they choose to integrate where we coordinate individual decisions in those systems that all impact downstream shipping speed/cost/accuracy. This means customers need a trusted partner to manage the integration process into their existing systems. In that environment, they turn to a firm like Adroit to give strategic guidance and delivery of implementation projects on time, on budget, without issues. Adroit has become an expert in our platform and how to successfully launch it with leading systems like Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, IBM, and others. We are excited to partner with Adroit to help lend trust and credibility with companies that pairing our leading platform with their leading services will provide incredible business transformational value. https://lnkd.in/gzBzYUmR

One idea our customers love is that Shipium gives them a closed loop parcel system. It's a strong approach: In conjunction with our partners like Green Mountain, systems partners like Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder and others, and strategic partners like PwC, McKinsey & Company and others, customers are seeing a strategy they can deploy, then enact it. The reason is data. They now have a strategy around how to leverage their data to power greater automation and optimization across their supply chains. All in service of incredible outcomes like: — 12% average parcel spend reduction — 4% average cart conversion improvement — 99.1% on-time-delivery related to EDDs — Risks mitigated: add/remove a carrier in a single afternoon You get that with a closed loop system that is modern like Shipium. You don't get that with the legacy tech that is good at print-and-apply, but hasn't evolved past that. Read more: https://lnkd.in/gEZjyXyV

CEO Jason Murray with our friend Jim Jacobs on stage at the Green Mountain Summit today talking about a closed loop parcel ecosystem. Biggest insights from the discussion: → Companies want to leverage their data, but legacy systems silo their shipping data so it's not actionable. → Shippers value getting insights on how to optimize, but are frustrated by the inability to enact those changes in their legacy tech systems. They need a partnership like GM Shipium to set the strategy and give insights, then immediately deploy those insights to start saving money. → The WMS / TMS / OMS existing ecosystem is not optimized for the next generation of parcel shipping, which the recent Gartner Market Guide recommended as well. Instead, a partnership of Green Mountain plus modern technology like Shipium is needed to partner with your system of record like your WMS. Impossible to take advantage of the value Green Mountain delivers while you still use your WMS's parcel module from the 2000s. No one helps shippers leverage their data for both better insights and better execution on shipping than Green Mountain and Shipium.

NEWS: Shipium Recognized in the 2024 Gartner® Market Guide™ for Multi-Carrier Parcel Management Solutions (MCPMS) We’re excited to share the 2024 guide has been published, and Shipium has been recognized in the research. You can learn more at shipium.com/gartner Readers will gain a lot from the report, as it walks through mandatory, common, and advanced features. We believe Shipium performs favorably in all functionality. Meanwhile, we see the heartbeat of an MCPMS solution as the way to manage to rate shopping. Readers will see a detailed breakdown of a rate shopping maturity model that goes through 5 stages. Each stage builds on the last in terms of functionality and capabilities. It’s our perspective that Shipium Carrier Selection performs at the highest maturity, Stage 5, which is focused on predictive use cases of rate shopping. A good example of a Stage 5 use case is using dynamic time-in-transit values to predict delivery times of economy service methods which traditionally do not offer SLAs. You can learn about that story here: https://lnkd.in/gB5zJ-65 We hope you like the guide as much as we did.
