Each August, Shaw's Office of Learning & Development hosts a week-long initiative that encourages employees to participate in classes where they can gain relevant knowledge and skills. This year's Learning Week featured over 30 courses for employees and a learning expo where participants could network and engage with vendors to learn more about what is available at Shaw and in the community.
