Shakespeare Theatre Company is thrilled to announce the appointment of two new Board members: Scott Frisch and Michael Schoenfeld.   Scott M. Frisch is executive vice president and chief operating officer for AARP and recently oversaw the comprehensive renovation of their headquarters, which shares a block with Harman Hall. As our neighbor, Scott shares STC’s deep commitment to Penn Quarter and to revitalizing downtown D.C. He brings extensive experience in operations, human resources, information technology, real estate, and data analytics. We are thrilled to have him as a Trustee and look forward to deepening our partnership with AARP.   Michael Schoenfeld recently returned to Washington, D.C. from North Carolina where he ran communications for Duke University. A partner at Brunswick Group, Michael has served on the boards for multiple artistic organizations, including the Carolina Theatre of Durham, the Nashville Shakespeare Festival, and the Nashville Repertory Theatre. STC is looking forward to benefiting from his experience in governance, PR, and communications.
