The Serviam team had an incredible time at the Value-Based Care Workshop last week in Atlanta. Our very own Alan Fairbanks was the "Conference Coach," expertly moderating the event. Serviam Ambassador Kelly Keefe, RN, shared insightful perspectives on a panel about the pivotal role of technology in value-based care. Additionally, our Co-Founder and Chairman, Ron K. Barger, contributed his expertise on the critical intersection of real estate and VBC. Value-based care isn't just a buzzword or passing trend; it's a return to our core mission—delivering exceptional care that genuinely enhances the lives of our residents, helping them lead happier, healthier lives. VBC represents a transformative shift in how we care for our seniors, and we're proud to be at the forefront of this movement.

About us
Serviam Care Network is building an ecosystem of technology and services that allows senior living communities to thrive within a value-based care system. Manage your sales pipeline with our best-in-class Contact Center. Add revenue drivers from your company with our local Value-Based Care Alliances, Pharmacies, Procurement Services, and Diagnostics *** How well is America caring for seniors? We often ask ourselves and others in the senior care industry this question. We hear the same answer again and again: Not well enough. If you’ve ever experienced your own loved one’s senior journey, you know this. Our seniors deserve better. At Serviam, we believe the path to transformation begins with creating better journeys for all stakeholders. We know that the way senior living operators recruit and sell has changed for good. The labor market has tightened, and we’re facing a more competitive sales environment. Yet we’ve been managing one stakeholder at a time in fragmented systems. That needs to change. It’s why we built VIA: One platform to manage the lead and applicant journey. VIA was created by a coalition of senior living providers who wanted to do things differently. We were tired of complaining about not having the technology solutions we wanted. We realized we couldn’t fix a broken system by ourselves; we had to come together. If you’re ready for something better, come join us. *** Senior living operators: It’s easy to get started with VIA: Request a Demo - Meet with one of our representatives to see VIA in action. Evolve How You Recruit & Sell - One platform simplifies everything… So you can get back to the business of relationships. Win Occupancy & Staffing - Be on your way to full buildings, fully staffed. The world of senior living has changed for good. Shouldn’t your software keep up? You deserve a unified platform to manage the lead and applicant journey. Thank you Thomas Grape for mentioning Serviam's Value-Based Care Alliance in a recent SHN podcast. We are thrilled to have Benchmark Senior Living as part of the Alliance. "We believed that joining the Alliance was a smarter choice compared to attempting it on our own. They have already invested considerable effort in figuring out how to integrate these elements, relationships, systems and more. It seemed much more practical for us to join them rather than trying to pioneer this ourselves. We respect the Serviam team and the careful consideration they’ve put into this initiative. While there may be some initial challenges as we integrate, so far, they have been excellent to work with. Compared to starting from scratch, this approach has proven much easier, and that has been our experience so far." Listen to the full podcast or read the article here: https://lnkd.in/gSJhninQ

Congratulations to Serviam's CEO, Tim Donnelly for joining the Board of the Alzheimer's Association Heart of America Chapter!
The Heart of America Chapter is proud to announce that Tim Donnelly has accepted the position of Board member. Tim is the CEO of Serviam Care Network. Tim says, "My father carried the cross of Alzheimer’s disease. Being the youngest of the six children, I saw firsthand how debilitating the disease can be on a loved one and family. As many entrepreneurs have entered the industry because of a personal connection to the problem and desire to fix some part of it, I was no different. In 2015, I started a company called SeniorVu which set out to create awareness of the different options available for families to consider when it came to memory care or assisted living. In 2021, SeniorVu merged with Serviam Care Network, who had even a bigger mission — to be in service to the transformation of how America cares for seniors. The passion I carry today is the same passion I had when we laid our father to rest because of Alzheimer’s." Tim says that he hopes his impact on the Board includes leveraging his network of family members, friends and business connections to embrace the volunteer opportunities to support the Association and its cause, in addition to raising funds to support the ongoing research needed to find a cure. Please help us welcome Tim. #ENDALZ

Alan Fairbanks shared some great insights yesterday at the AHCA/NCAL Population Health Management Summit! With CMS moving from fee-for-service (FFS) to accountable care models, focusing on value-based care is crucial for the long-term care industry. The PHM Summit is a great place to see innovation and thought leadership in action. We're thrilled to be part of the journey towards value-based care!
