We have some HUGE news ⏰ We are excited to announce the launch of our Dynamic Video feature today on Product Hunt! Videos can be a force multiplier for sellers and marketers, cutting through the noise, and bringing a personalized touch to the customer interactions HOWEVER, the time it takes to record 1:1 personalized videos lead to sellers failing to utilize videos consistently. So we decided to do something about it! Announcing Sendspark Dynamic videos — record 1 video, turn on voice cloning, add contacts and generate personalized videos at scale. Hundreds of early customers have been utilizing the feature as part of their outbound campaigns and some of the results are incredible. The team at Warmly, alone have been driving 2-3x increase in reply rates by incorporating dynamic video as part of their outbound campaigns. And our own tests internally have netted out the same: Double Reply Rates when comparing dynamic video campaigns against an email only campaign. We would appreciate your support on Product Hunt, you can find it in the comments below ⬇️ Thank you to all our early users and this community 🚀

AI-powered junkie / Clay & Automation Expert / Cold email strategist / Marketing & Growth Advisor / Headhunter

With the amount of SaaS tools and resources available now-a-days, it's too easy to get "paralysis of analysis" before any real work is actually done. There are tons of amazing tools coming out every day, but here are some of my top game-changing tools I use on a daily basis that you should check out: RB2B -- Capture your website anonymous visitors easily. They have a freemium model where you can test to see how it works and super easy to set up. Reach out if you need help here. Sendspark -- Personalized video at scale. Can't speak highly enough about Bethany Stachenfeld and Ben Wright and the work they do over here. This platform is a game-changer! Keyword is "watermelon!" 🍉 Clay -- The best data aggregator and automation platform out there. Learn it -- use it! Clay is not only a platform, but a skill that will take your career (and life) to a whole new level. Remember the days when Salesforce came around and now we have "Salesforce Developers"? This is what Clay is 2024 style. n8n -- Very similar to your Zapier and Make automation software, but n8n takes this to new heights. This is the automation that powers all internal ops, AI Agents, filling gaps where Clay can't. You can also self-host it. Instantly.ai -- Cold outreach game changer. Done-For-You email infra set up. Polished UI. It's fast. The rate of new features, and developments this team has been working on is just phenomenal. It just works. Ocean.io -- Endless amounts of look-a-like audiences (and competitors). Your lead list will continuously keep growing! Huge game-changer here. I could go on and on...but for the sake of "paralysis by analysis" and your LinkedIn feed, I'll pause and say if you're not already familiar with these tools, check 'em out. Thank me later. 🤓😎

Most people think that Sendspark is only for prospecting... They miss out on the BEST ways to drive revenue with video. Check out what Jeremy Boudinet, VP Growth at Textla, is doing instead. Yes — there's a prospecting element — but he's also.... 1️⃣ Personally welcoming new signups 👋 2️⃣ Sending one-off video replies (nearly a 100% response rate here!) 💌 3️⃣ Pitching partners with what the partnership could look like 🤩 Shoutout to Jeremy Boudinet, Luke Brickman, Jacob Cook and the team for the creative outreach... and amazing product! (If you haven't seen Textla yet, check it out for unbeatable rates for SMS marketing 👉 Textla 🤳)

Brand partnership AE @ Pleo || Interested in meaningful outreach 🤝 || Sales Leader of the Year 2023

Ever since I started as an outbound rep. I used video in sequences. Over the year I have recorded over 5.000 videos. So I am SOOO excited to be working with Sendspark as an ambassador for the next months. I have tested a lot of tools, but the team around Bethany, Ben, and Melissa seems outstanding to me. Here are my top tips to get started with video in your outreach: 😘 Brevity is Key: Keeping videos under 60 seconds is paramount. Capturing attention swiftly is essential. 💎 Focus on a Single Problem: Addressing one core issue per video ensures clarity and resonates better with your prospect. 🐝 Confidence and Presentation: Be confident by standing up, smiling, and utilizing good lighting. No one clicks in a grumpy face. 🧚♂️ Thumbnail Appeal: Crafting an intriguing thumbnail compels prospects to click on the video, driving higher engagement rates. 🙈 Avoid Rewatching: Don't rewatch the video. Trust your preparation and delivery. What would you add? Happy Thursday y'all. #sdr #ae

Don’t be afraid to send images, links, or videos in an email if it increases responses. If you’ve been following advice on LinkedIn about cold email, you have to have seen everyone saying don’t send links etc. Which for sure is the best practice. But if you have an asset that prospects see in the email and it changes their perception of your product or service, send the freaking link. Basically if you have the opportunity to show, not tell, do it. If you send an email campaign with no image, you get a 70% open rate and no responses vs. getting a 50% open rate including the link and 3% responses. Why on earth would you not send the link? There are of course best practices in cold email but if something is working better, you can bend the rules as you need. Cold email is like instagram, not the post office. There aren't hard set rules of what gets delivered and what doesn't. It works off of how everyone else is interacting with your message.

Transforming Customer Success: Award-Winning Onboarding Manager | Driving PLG Growth | 5 Years in B2B Startups

When I first started recording videos, I never imagined the profound impact it would have on both my personal and professional life. Today, I stand proud, having recorded 106 videos this year, each one a testament to growth, learning, and the joy of connecting with others. Using Sendspark and donning a suit has made me feel and look Elite (S/O Celena M.), but the real magic lies in the lessons learned along the way: Authenticity: Each video is a chance to be my true self, to connect genuinely with my audience, and to share my story with passion and sincerity. Connection: Video has bridged gaps, making interactions more personal and meaningful, even in a virtual world. Confidence: Every recording session has boosted my confidence, helping me articulate my thoughts and express my gratitude more effectively. Impact: Knowing that my videos have the power to brighten someone's day is the most rewarding aspect of this journey. But this is just the beginning. I am on a mission to record 1,000 videos because each one represents an opportunity to spread cheer, positivity, and a bit of Francisco's spirit to over a thousand individuals. 🌟 Thank you to everyone who has supported and inspired me along the way. Here’s to reaching new heights and making a difference, one video at a time!

Video Selling 👸🏻 Head of Sales at Sendspark✨ I help you sell using video | B2B Content Creator & Speaker | Skool Community

Most don’t realize there is a science to sending prospecting & sales videos… Many are sending videos with large amounts of text & multiple CTAs. When you send a video, your goal is to get the prospect to watch it. So, a quick text stating: ⏳How long is the video 🧠What will they learn / purpose 💕Why they should care Once they get to that landing page, let the booking link integrated into Sendspark do the rest. [in the comments] what are you putting in your messages when sending a video? What works for you?

What results does Sendspark drive? 🎯 I spent the weekend editing case study videos (thanks Ben Wright for interviewing ~15 customers) And thought I'd share insights while they're fresh: - Many say outbound is “more competitive than ever.” Tactics that used to work are no longer working. However, video works! 🙌 - Most report 200%-300% more replies when using video in email vs plain text - At companies where just one person on the team is using Sendspark, that person is the top performer - Many used Sendspark to get their biggest deal Why does video work? 🤔 There are different theories... - Jeremy Boudinet at Textla suspects it's because they have a simple product, and video helps convey that - however, Daniel Vermont at Brikl shares that they have a complex, feature-rich product, and video helps them show the value - Brendan Connaughton at Qwilr suspects it's because the have a visual product, and people hit their "a-ha!" moment faster when seeing videos - and Will Navikas at Achievers, who sells into HR, believes there is a lot of power in the "human" element of video That said, not all video platforms are created equal... 🙅 One customer who switched from Vidyard to Sendspark reports nearly TWICE as many plays with Sendspark. He cites... 1. Better deliverability with Sendspark 2. Better video thumbnails that drive more engagement And, it's not just prospecting! 💌 Customers also use Sendspark for... - Inbound sales (very popular) - Product-triggered leads (sending videos to people who visit specific website pages or take key actions in the product) - Following up with 2 min videos after sales calls (in addition to sending the full call recording they believe will never get watched) - Onboarding & customer success - Objection handling - Support Is everyone using Sendspark for AI-personalized videos? 🤖 No, not yet. Those who do appreciate that it frees up time for them to focus on “human things.” But many say that just using one-to-one video puts them ahead of the curve! I heard a few tell stories of their prospects sharing that it was the first time they received a video. And the prospect books a meeting just because they're impressed with the outreach! (these stories are my favorite part of editing - I love hearing the wins!) I've only gotten through 5 of the interviews so far. Will share more insights as they come! 💜

99% of SaaS companies say they’re focused on their ideal customer profile (ICP). But only a *select few* could show me this chart 👇 What it means to be focused on your ICP: 1️⃣ You know exactly how many accounts are in your ICP. 2️⃣ You've *identified* the exact buyers and can market to them. (This is easier than ever with tools like Clay, Keyplay, etc.) 3️⃣ You know how many are *aware* of you. They're consistently opening your emails, engaging with your ads, visiting your website, etc. 4️⃣ You know how many are *interested*. These prospects are self-educating through interactive demos, signing up for a free account, attending a webinar, or viewing high-intent website pages. (Ideally these become high-intent leads for warm outbound with tools like Unify, Warmly,, etc.) 5️⃣ You know how many are *considering* a purchase. You can think of these are SQLs, but they could be PQLs/PQAs as well. 6️⃣ You know how many are *selecting*, meaning they're engaged in a buying process. 7️⃣ You know how many have chosen you, becoming an enterprise customer. If you look at GTM effectiveness this way, it doesn't matter whether you invest more in PLG, automated outbound, SEO, paid ads, BDRs/SDRs, or something else entirely. What matters is that you ultimately reach the right people and turn them into customers. Now the hard part: figuring out what to call this. ABX? Marketing? ABM? 🎁 For more tactical growth insights, subscribe to Growth Unhinged — my free weekly newsletter: https://lnkd.in/exTbjKaM #marketing #sales #saas #abm
