Making good progress at Ignite Medical Resorts with Midas Construction.
The team at Ignite is thrilled as footings are near finished and another milestone is complete. The site boasts finished main utilities, storm system, and the underground pad is beginning. We even caught the last portion of the turn lane being poured. “They’re kicking butt.” Explains Sr. Project Engineer, Devin Schrieber. “Scharf Construction is excellent to work with. They’re super friendly and I’m excited to see how they can help make this happen.” This Ignite Medical Resorts development in St. Peters will be one-story of 79 rehabilitation units. Next up? “Taking time to do things right the first time was crucial,” explained, Sr. Project Engineer, Devin Schrieber. “Adam (Superintendent) reminded everyone to slow down and it saved us thousands. We want to provide the best product and great communication is key.” Ignite Medical Resorts in St. Peters is a brand new project and Midas is thrilled to #MakeItHappen . This one-story rehabilitation center will bring 79 units ready for care thanks to Leo Brown Group. The team has been working with Semke on the site prep and is planning for underground bore this week for the water main. They hope to tap the main by the end of this week. Viva Bene is a 161 luxury active adult multifamily in St. Peters, MO brought to you by Avenue. The project team walked the site to discuss the progress. "Seeing the first floor walls in this tall section is so great." applauded Project Manager, Paul Hayhurst. In lieu of gypcrete, this team is one of the first in the area to try EXACOR MgO panels. "The fireboard and soundboard are all in one. Drywall can start right away. Elevations had to be redesigned but we're hoping to gain schedule time and make it easier. It should also reduce any moisture in units." explained Hayhurst. Keep up the great work, team!
