The 50th Anniversary kickoff was one for the BOOKS! Seattle Pride in the Park is a testament to the power, brilliance, and beauty of our community. You! ALL OF YOU! ❤️ We had 20 local queer artists light up our stages (because local talent IS HEADLINING TALENT)! We created space for LGBTQIA2S small businesses, craft vendors, and organizations to share their work (because local artists/businesses ARE OUR COMMUNITY). We celebrated with over 12,000 of our closest friends, community, and allies (because that is why we do what we do). We hope that everyone who attended left with a renewed commitment to care, advocate, and organize with one another to protect spaces like this here and everywhere.
