It wouldn’t be #incentivetravel season without a good measure of cruising, which combines so many wonderful elements needed for an impactful group experience. For our team, this week includes five days aboard Allure of the Seas, part of Royal Caribbean International’s Oasis class. Our long-time client celebrated 80 years in the family business with their top performers, rewarding the team who does the hard work and achieves the goals that will drive them well into their next 80. From expansive onboard dining and activities to a day in port at #Nassau to a Perfect Day in #CocoCay, this was a week at sea that leaves the indelible and motivating memories our work strives to achieve, knowing how much the #experiencematters. Spanning 16 decks, supported by 2,054 crew, across 2,748 staterooms, and hosting up to 6,826 guests, we make a group of 125 feel special in private receptions, dedicated meeting and hospitality space and special event venues to call our own. It also means plenty of free time to explore the myriad events, activities, shows, spa treatments and excursions that individuals choose to make it perfect for them. Each is a different experience than the others to match the needs of our different clients, and always with the warmest embrace of our local partners and friends who call it home. From #PlayaMujeres to #PlayadelCarmen to #Tulum and more, this week UNICO 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya was the perfect slice of paradise nestled in #RivieraMaya for our long-time client and 200 of its best customers. Shout out to Irma Yeo, Cynthia Machado and the Unico team for their partnership and support to ensure all of our guests had the memorable experience that fully recognized their success. Grateful as always, too, for Eugenia Esparza, CMS, CES and the the crew onsite from our trusted partner IVI THE DMC for once again welcoming each guest at arrival, ensuring their activities and experience were nothing short of incredible all the way thru their warm farewell at the airport.
