Whether you're advancing your career or looking to upskill employees across your organization, it's crucial to identify the certifications with the highest return on investment. You may think that the scrum framework is not suitable for construction because of the documentation and regulation involved in the industry; not so, says Dr. Tobe Aguocha, PMP, MBA., a construction project manager.
