when you purchase products from vendors in China, normally they will ask importers to sign a contract which saying "if there are any disputes cannot be solved, you should file arbitration in China". This is not fair and possibly dangerous for you, Chinese arbitration probably will stand on the manufacturer side so you will lose the case. You are the buyer, you are the customer, you should decide it not the seller. Be careful!
