Exciting Project Update: Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel SC Steel is proud to be part of the incredible expansion at Harrah's Cherokee Valley River in Murphy, N.C.! Our latest steel project is helping to shape a stunning 12-story hotel tower that will feature: ✅ 296 additional hotel rooms ✅ Indoor pool and fitness center ✅ 12,000 sq ft rooftop restaurant ✅ 12-seat bar and wine cellar We've fabricated nearly 800 tons of steel for this project alone! 💪 The second phase of this expansion is set to be completed this winter, adding even more excitement to this already buzzing casino destination. We just completed a record-breaking Palmetto Logistics Project! We're proud to announce the completion of our steel fabrication work for the Palmetto Logistics project in Charleston, SC - the area's largest single speculative industrial building to date! Key project highlights: ✅ 1.3 million SF warehouse and distribution space ✅ 40-foot clear heights ✅ 185-foot truck court ✅ 251 dock doors and 4 drive-in doors ✅ Cross-dock design with nearly 1000 car parking spaces and 471 trailer parking spaces Located within 15 miles of the Port of Charleston, 5 miles of Charleston International Airport, and less than 3 miles from Interstate 26, this facility is strategically positioned to support growth at the ports and serve the broader Charleston area. Exciting news from the City of Greenville. City leaders and generous donors have come together to kick off the construction of the Thomas and Vivian A. Wong Honor Tower at Unity Park. The $11 million cost is split evenly between city accommodation tax revenue and private contributions from 24 donors. This 10-story tower will stand tall in tribute to our military veterans and First Responders - the heroes who keep our community safe and thriving. From law enforcement officers to firefighters, medical workers to utility linemen, they all make our city a better place. 🇺🇸The Honor Tower won't just be a landmark; it'll be a sanctuary for quiet reflection, surrounded by lush gardens, and with options to climb the stairs or ride a glass-walled elevator to the top, everyone can experience its grandeur. We are grateful to have fabricated over 84 tons of structural steel for the Honor Tower, ensuring its strength and stability.
