Congratulations to our recent Beyond Award winners! Katie Frankosky, Senior Case Manager, and Niccole Kiernan, Internal Sales Consultant, are two talented Saybrus employees who consistently excel. Katie proactively helped the team stay current with case follow-ups without being asked. She continues to impress her sales team and partners with prompt responses and a sense of urgency. She also consistently receives recognition from the field for her excellent partnership and service. Niccole has become a vital resource both internally and externally. She implements a meticulous process that ensures her partners stay on track. Niccole's dedication has helped to increase volume in her territory and partners consistently express their gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate with her. Thank you, Katie and Niccole! Some of the Saybrus team gathered together in Hartford for a Yard Goats outing. We had beautiful weather, classic ballpark food, wonderful company, and plenty of laughs. Events like this help to strengthen team relationships and cultivate increased collaboration. We love to highlight our talented team and this month we are delighted to congratulate Patty Compton ALMI, ACS, Case Manager and kristina smith, Internal Sales Consultant, winners of the Beyond Award. Patty serves a large number of branches with exceptional care and recently helped create a key resource for branches that are new to the life insurance process.
