We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Nirjara Acharya to Vice President of Operations at Savant. Nirjara has been a valued member of our team since December 2021, starting as an Executive Director and later advancing to Regional Director of Operations last year.   With an extensive background in Assisted Living and Memory Care Facilities spanning from March 2012 to December 2021, Nirjara's career began as a concierge. Through her dedication and exemplary performance, she progressed to roles such as Business Office Manager (BOM), Assistant Administrator, and Executive Director. Her tenure at Burbank Senior Villa East as Executive Director further showcased her leadership abilities, leading to her promotion within Savant.   Nirjara's enthusiasm for her work is matched by her passion for traveling and adventure, as well as the joy she finds in creating itineraries for her trips. She shares a close-knit relationship with her family, including an elder sister who recently graduated as a Registered Nurse and a younger brother set to graduate as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in August 2024. Her mother is her source of inspiration. Nirjara speaks fluent Nepalese, enjoys living a healthy style and is vegan.    Please join us in congratulating Nirjara Acharya on her promotion.

We're thrilled to announce a newest member to the Savant family, meet Solange Nkafu, our new Wellness Director at Savant West Hollywood. Solange brings 10 years of experience in resident and patient care. She began her career as an LVN nurse at Advance Specialty Care, then served as the Wellness Director of Meridian Senior Living in Santa Monica, LVN Charge Nurse at Westwood Convalescent Hospital, Wellness Nurse at Wellbrook, and most recently as an LVN Field Nurse at Kaiser. Thrilled to introduce the newest addition to our Savant Senior Living family, Perry Burges, our Regional Culinary Director. Perry brings extensive experience and a commitment to serving seniors to his new role at Savant. He started his career in hospitality/food service as a Utility Worker for Foundation for the Junior Blind. He then ventured into healthcare in 2001 at Chapman Medical Center.    Over the years, Perry honed his culinary and leadership skills in various roles, including serving as a dining room supervisor for assisted living facilities and contributing his expertise to nonprofits in LA. In 2008, he assumed the role of dietary supervisor at Country Villa Healthcare Services, where he furthered his dedication to culinary excellence and serving seniors. Most recently, prior to joining Savant, Perry served as the Dining Service Director at Pacifica.
