(SDCEA) is a rural electric cooperative that provides electricity to nearly 13,000 consumers in Chaffee, Lake, Custer, Fremont, and Saguache Counties in the High Rockies of Colorado. Owned by those we serve, SDCEA is a Touchstone Energy Cooperative with offices in Buena Vista and Westcliffe, Colorado.
