The SCEDC and North Point Educational Service Center were excited to kick off the Sandusky County Teacher Bootcamp for its 5th year! We started with orientation on Monday, visited Green Bay Packaging - Fremont Division and m Whirlpool in Clyde on Tuesday, and today we explored The Bellevue Hospital and Motion Controls Robotics, Inc. It's been an amazing journey so far, and we're just getting started! Thank you to our host businesses for showing us the great opportunities right in our backyard!

Last week, our Fremont team had a blast during another Small Biz Blitz! We popped into four fabulous local spots: Raevia's Cafe, Dairy Queen—East, Hometown Hub of On Point Wellness, and Lucky Duck Thrift & Resale. Planning a day off? There's no better way to spend a sunny summer day than supporting these amazing businesses. Go on, treat yourself and your community!

Yesterday, the SCEDC had the pleasure of hosting a roundtable event for Sandusky County Commercial Real Estate, where we introduced realtors to the SCEDC and showcased our buildings and sites database on our website. We also had the privilege to hear Dana Clark from the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority speak about the PACE program and its benefits to potential commercial clients. Thank you to everyone who attended!
