Introducing BOSS Mode.
Introducing BOSS Mode. - Clean up and - Auto enrich your prospecting lists with valid mobile numbers. No more calling: - out of service lines - bad numbers and clog your Outreach sequences with contacts without a reachable phone number. You don't need extra tools, Clay, or APIs. Works out of the box inside Salesfinity. DM to see a demo.

Why do your phone numbers show up as spam? I'll cover the ins and outs of phone deliverability in this post. - Dialer companies use VoIP providers to get phone numbers. Companies like Outreach, SalesLoft, and Salesfinity all use Twilio. Some companies use Vonage, SignalWire etc. - Numbers coming out of these providers are all 100% RECYCLED. This means, the new number you just got, has been previously used by someone else. - From experience, 95% of the time all these RECYCLED numbers show up as "Spam Likely" by default. Providers can tell you anything like "freeze for 90 days, " but you should always assume your new Outreach or Salesloft number is 100% Spam Likely. So what should you do? 1. The first step is to register your numbers with FCR freecallerregistry . com, this can take up to 72 hours to reflect. 2. You have to clean up baggage from the previous usage. You can do this by submitting requests to each spam agency's remediation portal. There are 8 agencies. (This is more important than FCR: Make sure to remediate each number). 3. After following the first 2 steps, your numbers will become clean. But this doesn't mean numbers won't be flagged again. To avoid future spam flags, you have to make low-volume dials per number. 5-10 dials per number max, per hour. 4. "But how do I make 100 cold calls a day?" Good question. To do that, you need to have a professional sales dialer that uses multiple numbers and auto-rotates after 5-10 dials. - Regular SEPs are not built for this. Don't make high-volume dials using them. - Don't use local presence dialing either. You'll literally carry the baggage of previous users (Local presence dialing - is a pool of 100s of numbers shared between the entire user base, not unique to you.) - Most importantly don't go cheap. You have to invest in a professional system to make it work. 5. Lastly, you should avoid calling bad numbers, calls should not fail too much, so there has to be some sort of number validation going on. If you follow all of these, you should be successful on the phone. Or just invest in Salesfinity. Let me know if you have any questions 👇

Introducing Smartlead & Instantly.ai integration.
Introducing Smartlead and Instantly integration Add all the contacts that don't pick up phone calls to email campaigns automatically. Why did we build this? Email is getting super hard. If you want email to work for your team, you have 3 options. 1. Give the email back to Marketing, and put the SDRs on the phone. This works, except it's fragmented and requires RevOps work to filter out people who didn't pick up the phone, etc. 2. Manual 1 to 1 email. You must have strong business acumen, know your prospect well, and send emails without a sequencer. 3. Get everyone a proper email system that does inbox rotation etc. We're here to introduce 4th option: - 1 email account for entire SDR team - everyone gets on the phone on Salesfinity - Prospects that don't answer the phone will get added to email campaigns That way you only have 1 email account to manage, less technical work, and 1 person manages the entire email copies. And we have an attribution system built into our reporting so meetings booked will get correctly attributed. Request a demo to learn more. P.S. I'll give you $100 if you correctly guess how long it will take Nooks to copy us.
