Today's TAB leadership training focused on finances. Our guest facilitator, Darius Rucker, asked board members how they would invest $1 million in their neighborhood. Some of the top responses included establishing more community wellness programs, providing food and shelter for unhoused neighbors, and creating more small business and employment opportunities. The TAB brings together public housing residents and SLHA to collaborate on planning and decision-making processes, aiming to improve resident neighborhoods.
