Our operations are focused in East Texas, targeting the Cotton Valley Sand and Haynesville Shale formations. As of November 30, 2019, Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation is now a subsidiary of Osaka Gas USA Corporation. Osaka Gas USA Corporation ("OGUSA") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Osaka Gas Co., Ltd ("Osaka Gas") formed to develop, construct, acquire and manage energy businesses throughout North America.
