After spending five years at Denver Women’s Correctional Facility, Deb turned her life around and not only pursued a career in barbering but has worked at the highest leadership levels in the industry. Today, she leads our team with passion and purpose, helping others who are walking a similar path. At R&R Head Labs, we believe in the power of change—not just in appearances, but in lives.
