Grantee highlight 🌟 Elevated Denver is a nonprofit addressing homelessness by empowering individuals with lived experience to develop responsive and sustainable solutions. Now, they are spearheading a proposed neighborhood resource hub, designed to connect those who are newly homeless or on the cusp of it to critical services. Rose Community Foundation’s Endowment Building Pathways provide structured support through three tailored pathways - Launch, Sustain and Growth - offering training, incentives, coaching, and resources to help organizations at every stage of their endowment journey. This year, the Foundation launched the Bridge Program, connecting organizations from the Launch and Growth pathways to foster mentorship.
