Every day, our community teams provide an exemplary living experience for our residents at every property. This week, residents at The Ventura were treated to a summer rooftop event on the newly completed terrace - just one of the fun community-building perks many Rose residents enjoy. Thanks to our Ventura team for their hard work and dedication in making this event a success.

We were thrilled to host the White Plains Business Improvement District Board and Team at Hamilton Crossing this morning for a tour. White Plains is a tremendously vibrant community and we are thrilled to be a part of it.

It is our pleasure to congratulate LeeAnn Cremin, Omar Mahmoud, and Vincent Cricco, three of our team members for completing this year's REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York) Fellows program. A lesson in Black history brought to you by our ERG Melanated reminding us of why we celebrate today. Juneteenth celebrates the date of June 19, 1865, when enslaved people located in Galveston, Texas, finally learned of their freedom from the slavery – over 2 years after slavery ended through the Emancipation Proclamation on January 1, 1863. From 1865 forward, the day has held special meaning for Black Americans. Juneteenth National Independence Day was signed into law as a national holiday on June 17, 2021.

Last week our team tour headed to Port Imperial to tour some of our New Jersey managed assets. It was a morning of connection, communication, and collaboration - the cornerstones of our Rose culture and the foundation of our commitment to being the premier multifamily real estate firm in the NY/NJ/CT Metro Market.
