Just a few weeks ago, I spent time with the Rocket Mortgage servicing team and was blown away by the care and attention they give to our clients. Servicing is so important both to Rocket as a company and to those who entrust us with their business. This honor is based entirely on client feedback sourced by J.D. Power, who surveyed more than 11,000 American homeowners to determine the rankings. In addition to #1 overall satisfaction recognition, Rocket was also the top ranked company in every individual category measured in the study. This is a testament to the tech and AI investments Rocket has made in the past year, including Rocket Logic – Synopsis which leverages AI to transcribe client phone calls, automatically capturing details, sentiment and client patterns. This helps Rocket assist clients faster and enables all of our team members – from the newest to the most seasoned – operate at a very high level. The tool is projected to save team members more than 45,000 hours per year, freeing them to concentrate on meaningful relationships with Rocket’s serviced clients. We had an incredibly productive day and exceeded our goals, completing two fences in one day. Creating a sense of community at work is an important piece for me because I can truly show up as myself at work. Yesterday, I had the privilege to help organize and lead an intern meet up within the business area I work in at Rocket Companies the Pulse.
