About us

Our mission is to empower people through technology to help create safer organizations. When it comes to safety, nothing is more important than being able to reach for help when you need it. That is why we designed our proprietary panic button solution for organizations that need to protect employees and others who may be at risk. It consists of proprietary technology that provides continuous coverage throughout a facility, even in dead zones to provide a lifeline when it is needed most. It operates independently of the facilities network, so it is always on. ROAR’s solution is the choice of major hotel chains and healthcare providers due to its ease of use, redundant backups, and maintainability.

Wired panic buttons are dead in healthcare.   -They aren’t available where and when you need them most. -They don't track your location after activation. -You won’t find them in patient rooms. -They can’t help you in the parking lot. -They require intrusive installation.   So, why are you still using them in your healthcare facility?   Maybe you're thinking that wearable panic buttons are too expensive?   Or maybe you're thinking of the old clunky, unreliable wireless panic buttons of the past?   Think again.   -ROAR wearable panic buttons are small, lightweight, and easy to carry.   -Installation is quick and easy. No intrusive wiring. Receivers are battery-powered.   -They run on a self-healing, battery-powered Bluetooth Low Energy receiver network.   -They offer excellent location accuracy. Even in the parking lot. Even when you move.   -And they don't use your facility's IT network.     Contact ROAR today to find out how we can help create a safer, more secure environment for your staff. #WorkplaceSafety #HealthcareSecurity #HealthcareLeaders #PanicButtons #ROAR

We’re proud to share a powerful testimonial from a recent incident on the Psych Unit where the ROAR panic button made a significant difference:   During a recent incident on the Psych Unit, a staff member noticed an escalating interaction between two patients. The situation initially appeared to diffuse itself, but within a few minutes, the two patients were agitated again. Before anything became physical, the staff member pressed her ROAR Alert Device to call for backup to the location quickly to separate the patients. This also happened when the facility radios had “walked away,” but the staff knew they were covered with their panic buttons nearby.   This real-life example underscores the importance of having reliable safety solutions in place. At ROAR, we are committed to providing tools that ensure the safety and well-being of healthcare professionals and their patients. #WorkplaceSafety #HealthcareSafety #ROAR #EmployeeWellbeing #SafetySolution #BehavioralHealth
