Reinforced concrete pipes RCP and boxes RCB are two common structural elements used in infrastructure construction, particularly in civil engineering projects such as sewer and drainage systems. Factors influencing the decision include the type of fluid conveyed, the structure's size, the burial depth, the load-bearing capacity needed, and any site-specific conditions. In summary, RCP and RCB are crucial in infrastructure civil engineering projects. The reinforcement in their design ensures they can handle the required loads and pressures while maintaining their structural integrity over time. Learn about the five great reasons why RCP/RCB should be your go-to material for your next project at: https://hubs.li/Q02KXSC40

Did you know? Rinker was the 2023 American Concrete Pipe Association project achievement winner for our involvement in FDOT's I-4 Ultimate project. Construction began in 2015 on a complete reconstruction of a 21-mile section of Interstate 4 that runs through the heart of Orlando, with the final sections being completed in 2022. The important initiative has reduced congestion across the surrounding counties in the Orlando metropolitan area and takes into account future population growth. The project included: • Reconstructing 15 major interchanges. • Constructing more than 145 bridges. • Adding four variable-priced toll express lanes. • Completely rebuilding general-use lanes. We would like to congratulate FDOT on this major achievement. Check out how Rinker helped support this 7-year major initiative at https://hubs.li/Q02JCJM80
