Maverick, our dynamic General Manager at Indian Motorcycle Tucson, is the quintessential team player. Seamlessly juggling multiple roles to ensure success at our dealership from selling bikes to assisting technicians and even washing bikes, his adaptability shines through in every task. Maverick's journey with RideNow Powersports began in 2014 after a stint in corporate life post-college left him wanting more. Starting in sales at RideNow Powersports Ina (now Tucson West), he quickly discovered his knack for finance, paving his way to eventually becoming General Manager. His career at RideNow Powersports has not only been professionally fulfilling but also personally rewarding, introducing him to his wife, Carley, and blessing him with their son, Cooper. When not leading the team at Indian Motorcycle Tucson, Maverick is an avid outdoorsman. Whether it's riding his YZ450FX through desert trails, hunting with his Polaris General, or enjoying dune trips to Glamis, he finds his greatest joy outside the office. Weekends are reserved for BBQs or poolside relaxation with a close-knit circle of friends and their families. Maverick’s story is a testament to the paths unexpected turns can take us on, leading to lifelong passions and achievements. Introducing Robert, our enthusiastic Sales Manager at Black Gold Harley-Davidson! With a robust background as a General Manager in the restaurant industry, Robert has mastered the art of people and leadership skills, making every customer interaction count. Transitioning from restaurants to powersports, Robert brought his charismatic leadership to our sales teams, encompassing sales, finance, and internet sales departments. His journey began at Black Gold Harley-Davidson, where he deepened his knowledge and passion for powersports, eventually steering him to his current role with us. When he's not orchestrating deals and guiding our customers, Robert embraces the thrill of the ride on his Stage 3 Road Glide Special, painted in a striking Scorched Orange, which perfectly matches his vibrant personality and fiery red hair. A true North Texas native, his early exposure to Harley-Davidson culture in Daytona Beach sparked his lifelong passion for powersports. Outside the showroom, Robert's life is filled with the tunes of 90's Rock and Country, rides on the backroads of North Texas, and precious moments with his wife and their newborn baby girl. Meet Brice, our energetic General Sales Manager at Black Gold Harley-Davidson, where he leads the Sales, Finance, and Internet team at one of the largest Harley-Davidson dealers in our group. With a clear mission to not just sell bikes but to cultivate lifelong relationships, Brice is dedicated to delivering an unmatched experience, turning customers into family! Brice’s journey to where he is now is fueled by over 17 years in hospitality operations and management, where he honed his skills in creating unforgettable customer experiences. His transition from the hospitality industry to powersports was sparked post-COVID when he decided to merge his professional skills with his personal passion for riding. Starting as a Salesperson, Brice quickly ascended to General Sales Manager, driven by his dedication and a natural fit for the role. When not at the dealership, you can catch Brice riding his 2021 HD FLHXS Street Glide Special across any open road he finds. Off the road, Brice is a true local at heart, living in McKinney with his girlfriend and their two dogs. He loves exploring new dining spots and bars in the metroplex, and he’s always up for a live concert. Brice’s story is a testament to following one’s passion and the power of a customer-centered approach in any industry.
